The cups we received are perfect. High quality. Very large and relatively easy to hold. We got two different colors and both were accurate to the photos posted. Holds a lot of coffee.

I ordered 3 mugs and I am loving them! The size and shape seems to help the beverage stay warmer longer and because it is microwave safe heating water in it I found that the handle remained cooler. . I also love that there is a weight to the mug… it wasn’t as easy to be knocked over. (Pet problem) attractive

I personally loved this mug as did the receiver of this gift. The bottom is very flat with a smaller top. Reduces spills and from keeping cats from tossing a mug to the floor. The quality was very good. I think the actually mug is worth FIVE STARS.Reasons for FOUR STARS:I got stuck with this set and out MORE money. I buy gifts moe so than not. It really helps my budget in doing so. The color was so wrong for housing gift, I mean very wrong for her kitchen,, just the wrong shade, but I asked her to pick another color which she did. I had intentions of returning them to replace them….expired in 32 or 33 days. That is Amazon’s new policy of 30 returns now I believe. I think if Amazon sold a “policy” to Prime Member's only for X amount of dollars a year, that returns would extend to 60 days on some items and 90 days on some also. I would pay a but more. Personally, I’m in a dilemma with the 30 day return. Do sellers HAVE TO keep with Amazon Policy of 30 day ref turns now? Hmmmmm

Beautiful mug, really a work of art.Beautifully gift boxed; a lovely gift. It's very stable with a wider bottom than the opening. The colors are beautiful. It keeps the coffee hot.

This is the perfect tea mug! It's sturdy, looks great, holds a lot of tea/coffee. The handle is a little thin but doesn't feel like it will break. Hold the temp hot. Would definitely recommend!

I love mugs. Not gonna lie, buying mugs is my weakness. I have tons of mugs. I love collecting them. HOWEVER, 99% of my mug collection is for my company. I only use 1: my "special mug." Lol. My old special mug broke, and the store didn't carry that kind anymore. Had to find a new one. I'm ultra picky when it comes to selecting my "special mug." It has to hold a substantial amount of tea/coffee. Can't be too heavy. The handle has to fit all of my fingers comfortably- I can't stand mugs that only fit two or three fingers. I like it to have a homemade ceramics vibe so it feels unique. I don't like the mass-produced look. I like a pretty glaze. You get the idea. Well I'd been looking at this mug for months. Finally decided to go for it. I ordered 2- one for work and one for home. So glad I did!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE them!!!! This is definitely my new special mug! Couldn't be happier.
