Both umbrellas broke within 3 months. I should have just ripped my money into tiny pieces and flushed it down the toilet.

I cannot really contest to the sturdiness of these umbrellas…yet. I will have to come back to that once they are used on a rainy windy day because we have extremely strong wind gusts during storms. Most often, just about any umbrella we’ve ever owned has turned itself inside out during such. So we go through a lot of umbrellas. I bought everyone in the household their own umbrella just because it was time to replace the old ones. These seemed like a good deal. We’ll see if they withstand the test of that gusty wind.

I was looking for fun printed AND sturdy umbrellas and found these! These were helpful in the hot California sun. I like that the umbrella ends aren’t so sharp like other umbrellas and user friendly to open and close. I purchased 4, and a hinge broke on 2 of them. I reached out to customer service and Nancy is easy to work with and timely in her communication, and the company provides a lifetime warranty on your purchases. They are in the process of replacing the 2 umbrellas with the hinge issue. Thank you!

I ordered this umbrella in Wine Red, in November 2018. It arrived on time. I used it over the course of a year, and it is a very nice umbrella. First, as other reviewers noted, it can be a bit hard to close because of the force and leverage required (after all, it's a very sturdy umbrella), but I soon developed a simple method to close it more easily. Instead of pulling it closed with one hand while holding the handle with the other hand (requiring a lot of adduction muscle strength), I found it much easier to brace the top end of the umbrella against a fixed object, like a wall, and simply push the handle end toward the wall as the umbrella folds together. Much less leverage and force required this way! Easy. Second, after a year's worth of use (it is now November 2019), the opener button is jammed and won't depress anymore. Because this product has a lifetime guarantee, I contact Siepasa to inquire about a replacement. "Nancy" responded to my email within a few minutes and promised a new replacement umbrella will be on its way very soon. Assuming I indeed receive the replacement as promised, I will say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT UMBRELLA!! Not sure why the button jammed after one year, but I'm still very satisfied with the model and the company.
