The Home Easy Remote Control Ceiling Rose will replace an exisiting Ceiling Rose. This allows you to remotely switch on/off and dim your lights, using a Home Easy Transmitter.

Works - but not with flourescent lamps.
I bought this in order to operate the light switch which, because of the way the door to the room opens, was on the wrong side. Why there are not more things like this available I don't know.I tried this with a flourescent lamp and it did not work properly, the lamp flickering constantly regardless of on or off.That said, I tried it with an LED lamp (60 watt equivalent) and a halogen lamp and it worked just fine.

Reasonable quality but couldn't get it to work. Nothing wrong with the product I think just got fed up and moved to other technologies (z-wave)

No good for LEDS,
Avoid if you want to run modern energy efficient bulbs.The triac dimming method will have problems even with dim able LED's

Simple to install and can connect several up to to my remote, love the fact you can set these to different light settings as well.
