Delivery caution
The evap showed up 2days earlier than the condenser than the condenser was up side down but a clean looking unit no damage

Didn’t use unit too big.
Didn’t have a chance to use the unit. Never use it. But it was hictic to returned it took me month to return this item. Too big and bulky

Quiet running unit with easy setup
I was nervous about this unit, considering the low price a paid for this. Such a good deal!. I was pleasantly surprised. Set up was easy. All the parts were there and instructions were clear. It comes pre-charged so that makes it even easier for set up. It’s 90° here and it’s running just fine. Runs very quietly and it’s doing a great job keeping our business cool. I would totally recommend this unit if you need save money. Just like the name brands in my opinion.

Refrigerant is not sold in USA
Unit was relatively easy to install but freon lines were hard to get tight. Unit leaked freon out and now I can't get the R-32 freon anywhere. It is not sold in the USA yet apparently. I have a wall ornament at this point. Cheaper is not better.

EASY install and super quiet
Was very easy install. there was no instruction on remote but they gave a link to download so wasn't a big deal. This works flawlessly SO FAR and exceeds all expectations on noise , its so quiet. I am currently ordering 2 more. Only thing in question is longevity but seems to be built good and no issues out of box (other than huge dent ) so hopefully it will last many years. cools a bedroom with zero effort.

Worst item I ever bought
This item had to be sent to me twice and then I had to have all removed and send back. The Freon they use they do not sell in the USA. Both units were junk and did not work. No hearing and air conditioning company will not work on them

They work great. They're very efficient.
I installed it in my outdoor studio for heating and cooling. Not only does it do both things well, but the real shocker is how quiet the outdoor compressor is. I was worried about disturbing my neighbor, but he couldn't hear me in the backyard. The variable speed system has a perfect lag curve built in, so it can rise and fall slowly for maximum comfort. The thermostats are built into the remote control and work great, they're very efficient.
