Perfect for Toddlers/Young Kids!Our toddler had BEATS headphones prior and would always have the volume at full blast which was harming his ears. We tried everything we could think of to get our toddler to stop touching the volume button on his iPad … nothing worked. I figured we would try these and I am SO GLAD THAT WE DID!! The volume is perfect. Our toddler still pushes the volume button to max (bc it’s fun to go against mom & dad) but the built-in volume max feature doesn’t allow the headphones to be so loud that it will hurt his ears. He thinks he’s winning bc the volume is maxed out and we are winning bc the output volume is controlled … it’s a win-win.

Unfortunately the wire came broken and my kid cannot listen. (I bought two at the same time and the other came perfect)

Edited as of April 13th, 2025:We're on our 2nd pair of these now, and they're having the same issue as the first pair we bought for christmas in 2024: they randomly stop being able to pair with any device, and nothing can fix it.Customer service was great, i emailed them about this the first time and they immediately sent a replacement pair, and that's the pair that failed the exact same way today. We've only had it for about 1.5 months, gentle use.Do not recommend.

i love these headphones! my favorite feature is its small footprint compared to many other brands i have seen. i have had numerous pairs.the only downsides are [a] i guess my head is like a watermelon because the ear cups barely reach my ears, but i get used to it, adjust angle of the scalp brace for example, and [b] the brace by the ear has broken more than once. Puro Labs customer service was excellent and very helpful! These are the only kind of headphones i want, and my current pair i bought 6 months ago are broken again. I am waiting to hear back from Customer Service.

We purchased these headphones for our son to use at school. We liked the idea that the headphones limit the volume and protects children's' ears. The school uses computers as part of the curriculum and for state standardized testing. Unbeknownst to us the headphones stopped working pretty soon after we purchased them. It was only after poor results on a standardized tests and discussions with our son that we found out this problem. Customer support replaced the item but as it was past the 30 days, we were not able to get a refund. Meanwhile we replaced the headphones with a much cheaper alternative and have not had any issues. Reading other reviews it seems this is not an uncommon occurrence. Considering the high price and inconsistent quality, we would not recommend this product.
