Solid performance
These reels are great, smooth and dependable. I have had one for about 5 years and still performs well. Decided to buy another

THIS REEL IS AWESOME!
I'm in love with this reel!!! It casts far and is the smoothest reel I have ever used. First day it was on the water, first cast, I caught a 23" snook and the reel handled it perfectly. I could really feel the hit. I've thrown many casts and have had no backlashes. See my instagram for the fish I've caught with it @sean8mahoney. I highly recommend this reel to other highly advanced fishermen and beginners alike. Great value for the money as this reel performs better than more expensive models.

This reel is awesome! Excellent brake system
This reel is awesome! Excellent brake system. Took seconds to dial in. Have it matched with a Garcia Villain 2.0 7' med power/ fast action rod. Casts a mile with no bird nest issues. This is even with 1/4oz lures, which are usually difficult to cast (at least for me) without some bird nest issues. Just fyi, I also bought a 13 Fishing Inception reel which has totally impressed me. With the exception of a few bells & whistles the Inception reel can keep pace with the Concept A (for $50 less). Looks like all 13 Fishing products are of high quality. Haven't had any problems with the side panel coming loose. If you're debating purchasing this, go ahead and make the jump. You won't be disappointed.

For the money ? Can’t beat it
This reel is awesome. Smooth, good casting distance(I have brakes on 2), and great for tough cover. I also have a Curado DC which is almost $100 more- and besides maybe casting distance the Concept is the way to go.. Also aesthetically pleasing.

Good reel
Good reel. The spool bearings were a litlle loud at first, but I oiled them and they're less noise now. The reel casts well and the breaking system is easy to adjust. I cant say its the best $150.00 reel out there but it works fine.

Great reel. Solid construction
Great reel. Solid construction, no cheap material. If you like to palm your baitcaster, its very ergonomic. I was able to land a couple 2 - 3 lbs in the glades with light line; no issues with the drag. Love that it has a clicker on all the adgustments.

Go-to Reel...
The "13" Concept A is my go to fishing reel. Have been using for about 4 months now and absolutely love this reel...paired it with a Fate Chrome 7'1" medium heavy fast and it has the perfect combo of feel and strength. I do a lot of freshwater large-mouth fishing and use a variety of rigs with this rod/reel combo.

Just a great reel
These came our years ago, but still a great reel. Just caught a few from thick cover this weekend and it is a work horse. I use it as a flipping set up with the heavy drag. I'd live to buy more once my wife forgets about it.
