This is my second frother from this company. I love it. I had the first one for over 2 years and it worked very well until it stopped working. As it was one of my favorite appliances, I’m probably overused it. Knowing me, I probably killed it. But it was a wonderful addition to my kitchen. So of course, I jumped at a chance to purchase another one once the first one died. This one is even better. I love that it’s white, and has a very nice stand and the convenient carrying case. It’s powerful, enough to do the mixing that I need to do. I use it to scramble my eggs, froth my milk, and mix drinks. The buttons are very simple and easy to use. Simple toggle buttons that press in and offer various levels of speed - low, medium and high. And it’s rechargeable!!! It’s easy to clean, and quick to dry. I highly suggest this device for your kitchen. Also, may I add that their customer service is amazing. I registered for the warranty with the company, and their response time was so quick. The representative was very kind and helpful, and I was registered immediately. I highly suggest this company and their products.UPDATE 4/20/2025I think the motor is gone. Green light indicated battery is charged but the whisk won’t move. I charged it on the base rather than using the cord directly on the device. I will provide an update after I reach out to them for further assistance.Update 4/27/2025I contacted FoodVille regarding my issue with the frother. As I had the company's warranty on the device, I was able to receive support from Elisa - who was absolutely amazing! She suggested some troubleshooting tips, and explained to me that the base may have caused the issue. They are sending me a replacement, frother and I have since thrown away the vase to resist the temptation of using it. I am so very appreciative of their wonderful customer service and prompt attention to my issue. I will definitely purchase this device again from FoodVille. Elisa - YOU ROCK!!!!!Latest update: I have received my replacement device, and it is working just fine. I am very happy that I made this purchase, and that I contacted support for Food bill in order to make this happen. Everything was simply awesome, and very swift. I am very appreciative of the care and the knowledge that was shared.

Coffee shop owner here.This is the best frother you can get for the price. Highly recommended. Other frothers under $30 are underpowered. Frothers over $30 are overpowered! This one has a powerful motor but with 3 speed options, so it can put in the work if needed but it can also be gentle if you're working with a small amount of liquid. You get weeks of daily use on a single battery charge. Build quality is good. Nothing lasts forever, but these do have decent longevity ESPECIALLY considering the price. I have had one that had an issue with the switches after 1 month where it wouldn't shut off (it actually started smoking!) HOWEVER I sent an email to the address that comes on the warranty card and a week later I had a brand new one. They even followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. Grade A customer services. I honestly don't know how they can provide a product of this quality at the current price of $13.

First off, I want to say that I purchased the frother with my own money. I purchased the Foodville over the holidays & only used it for less than 3 months before it stopped working. At first, I thought the batteries were low, so I made sure they were fully charged. Once the charging was complete, I turned the unit on & it wouldn't spin. I can see the blue light, but no spinning. I contacted the company through email & explained what happened. They concluded that a circuit on the motherboard may have gone bad. They sent me a replacement without any hassle. They even paid for shipping. This experience was 100% better than the one I had with Reolink. I would never do business with that company ever again.Things I liked:I used the frother to mix everything like protein drinks, lemonade, coffee, tea, eggs, etc. When I purchased the Foodville, I had purchased another brand that had many reviews on Amazon. The Foodville outperformed the other brand by a mile. The other brand only had one speed. The Foodville has 3 (low, med, & high). It also comes with a charger that you can use as a cradle or stand. Cleanup is really easy. After mixing, I usually hand wash & rinse off the tip with warm water & dish soap. Then I would shake off any excess water & place on the charger. I ended up returning the other brand.There's also a model with a carry bag. If you travel a lot or do outdoor activities, you may look into getting that model. It also comes with 3 tips that are interchangeable. I also like the fact that it has a built in rechargeable battery. I have a plug in mixer that I've replaced with the Foodville because it takes up less room on the kitchen counter.I can't comment on the durability or longevity of the Foodville, but hopefully, it will last longer than the first unit I had. As long as the unit is under warranty, I'm sure the company will work with you. My first warranty claim experience with them was excellent. They respond to emails really fast.Things I would improve:To make things even better, I would suggest that the next model have a LCD screen to let you know the battery percentage. Currently, there's no way to tell how much battery power is left. There's just a red or green light. Red means it's dead & green means it's full. The LCD screen with the battery percentage would let you know to charge the unit before it dies. I would like to recharge it when it gets down to 20% & take it off the charger when it charges up to 80%. It's the same thing I do with my phone to make sure the battery lasts longer.Tip:Don't throw away the box or instruction guide. You can activate an extended 2 year warranty. Most other brands only offer 1 year. Also, their contact email is on the box & instruction guide. If you throw out the box or guide, you won't be able to contact them. If you try to Google Foodville, another company comes up, which is not them.If you plan to use the frother on high, make sure you use a container that is bigger or you will have a mess to clean up. A rule of thumb I use is only pour about 40% liquid into the container, because the frother is very powerful (especially if you plan to have it on high).

Great frother and easy to use. Very powerful and sleek design. I love that it is rechargeable! The customer support is also very friendly and easy to work with.

Excellent frother. Works very well. Strong motor. I like the 3 different speeds and each having their own on/off button, rather than cycling thru speeds. Having different attachments is very nice and convenient. I had an issue with the first one, but customer service was very easy to deal with and sent me a replacement right away. Definitely recommend.
