Wentworth Prison: Season Four

Outstanding
Wentworth Prison is the most intense and addictive programme I have ever seen. It features brilliant plot twists and such a layered story that it leaves you speechless at times and gasping at others. The cast are incredible and play the most amazing characters, some which you will grow to love and the evil ones who you will hate! This is a show not to be missed, and the cliffhanger at the end of season 4 is unbelievable intense. Cannot wait for season5!!!

This Show Gets Better With Each Series
I'd read an interview with Australian bobsledder Simon Dunn, who said Wentworth was his favorite television show. I did a little research, and learned that Wentworth is a "re-imagining" of the classic women's prison soap "Prisoner." As soon as I began watching the first series, I was hooked - memorable characters, terrific acting, great writing, it's all here. Most TV series have one story to tell, and they begin to lose steam after that initial storyline is finished. But my interest in Wentworth has only increased with the viewing of each series. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Season 5 will continue this show's arc upward of excellence.

I just love Australian dramas especially Prison ones Wentworth is a modern update of Prisoner Cell Block H. Its very gritty with very exciting story lines with very violent scenes in certain places I love it and I am so looking forward to the next series which will be aired in the summer of next year on UK screens. If you are a Prisoner fan like me you should enjoy Wentworth.

Cracking Season Four: Wentworth Prison
Excellent season four of the Australian drama 'Wentworth Prison'. Following the fire, Bea Smith and the girls arrive back at the jail to meet new challenges with Kaz and her crew as well as Ferguson 'The Freak' arriving in H Wing. Vera Bennett is now Governor and has to contend with the backlash of Ferguson being released in to general with the other woman. Will she survive and will the women? Great concluding episode 12, what is Bea Smith's fate - even top dog's get bitten!

Oh No, She Didn't!
THAT scene between Sue 'Boomer' Jenkins and Maxine Conway is perfectly played by Katrina Milosevic and Socratis Otto (respectively) and expertly written by Pete McTighe in episode 7 entitled Panic Button. Emotionally raw with a side order of humour through the heart. This scene is a go to example of mine for how to write and act (and direct).Getting even is evident in series four of 'Wentworth' Prison', and to get one over on Joanie Ferguson takes some doing.

Powerful and Addictive
Wentworth is probably the best thing I've ever seen on TV! Gripping and compulsive viewing. The acting is superb, all the characters are totally convincing, and I can't praise the actors enough. If you enjoy programmes with a prison setting, this is the best.

Not their best, but still very good
I absolutely love Wentworth, it's a fantastic reimagining of the classic Prisoner series. Exceptional acting and gripping storylines. It is my favourite Prison show. This season is no exception to that; although I felt it didn't match the high standard set by the previous three seasons, it is still highly enjoyable, gripping, and a must see if your a fan.The end of the season is a turning point for the show and will be very interesting to see the next upcoming series.

Wentworth Prison
I've got the first three seasons & they are brilliant viewing.I didn't get to watch a lot of season four when originally broadcast but saw the final 3 episodes & a few of the earlier episodes including the first so I'm gonna play all four seasons from the start and enjoy this excellent series all over again. I cant wait for season 5Highly recommended 🤓
