efbe-schott Delta Head Steam Mop, 0.5 Litre, 900 W, Yellow

This steam mop was recommended by a friend, and I am very pleased that I took her advice. It does the job really well, is light weight and fits easily under the stairs in the cupboard with other cleaning equipment. I would recommend it to anyone. It was also good value.

I had great hopes for this item. Sadly it just doesn't do the job - I have a matt surface vinyl floor through my kitchen, utility room and cloakroom - quite a large area. The mophead will not slide over the surface, and the cover continually comes off. I have tightened it as much as I can. The mop has now been gathering dust in the cupboard for several months, and I doubt I shall use it again.

Easy to assemble, easy to fill and does a great job without leaving the carpet too wet. The lead is quite long which makes using it easy. It was a best buy for Which and certainly deserves this credit.

We purchased this steam mop following a which report but having tried to use it a few times, we give up. The item we have received is not as in the picture shown on the Amazon website.The mop we have received has a flat pad which is supposed to attach to the mop head simply by pressing it into plastic needle type points. Unfortunately, these needles do not hold the mop head in place and as soon as the mop is pushed forward, the pad comes away from the needle points and folds underneath the steam head. As you pull the mop backwards, the same thing happens again. the pad then comes away from the sides of the steam head, leaving a rolled up pad underneath which has to be continually put back into place. Not easy with steam spitting out underneath the mop head. This is on very even ceramic tiles, which should not be a difficult floor for a mop to slide across.The mop on the website has a pad which folds over the top of the mop head - nothing like the one we received.The items as received by us does not work because the pad will not stay in place.Useless.

We bought this as a cheap venture into steam mops. The result is that using this mop on tiles does leave them cleaner than a normal mop and gives a better shine. However it is slower than a normal mop. So if you need a really cheap steam mop for tiles then this one certainly works, however a more expensive mop may be more convenient to use and give a better clean. Cautious Recommendation.ProsIt does give a better clean that a normal mop. It does work, good on wood floors, stone floors. But buy loads of cloth bit things. Two are not enough if you have dogs as we do. More like 10. Tie them on well, the cord could be tighter, but for the price, it is good value.

This mop is great value, it works very well,on hard floors it is fast and efficient,I have not tried it on carpets yet.Easily portable, good product.

I really like my steam mop so very easy to use and very effective on both tile and wooden floors I would recommend it highly.
