These are very finely made hearing aids, top of the line! They come with a charging case that will boost the total usability time of the aids to a whopping 210 hours (can fully charge both aids 5 times!!!) Hearing aid pieces and the charging case both have magnets and when you place the hearing aids in the charger they pop into the proper place. It takes several hours until the green charging LED stops flashing and lights up solid green (note that blue LED color means low battery level). After charging, the hearing aids can be used for approximately 35 hours non-stop, i.e. more than enough for a full day. The charging case will let you recharge them for an additional 175 hours without being connected to an external USB charger. This is absolutely great for travel where you don't always have access to a USB power supply.The accessory includes six sizes and shapes of ear-tips, one of which was the same shape as used in super expensive hearing aids. Also, you will find a USB charging cable that plugs into the charging case. The device is very lightweight and fits well behind the ears and is almost invisible. The weight of the hearing aid is so light that you hardly feel it while wearing it. A small transparent wire connects the amplifier to the small in-ear earphone. The amplifier has two microphones, a device volume, and mode controls on one side. The hearing aids have three modes (normal, noise reduction, and outdoor) that you can switch between to better suit your situation and hearing conditions. The left and right hearing aids work fully independently, so does the volume control, which might be not very convenient if you need to adjust the volume of both sides together, but that's a minor issue. Detailed instructions and color illustrations for the use and care of hearing aids are included.So, let's summarize. It's lightweight, much cheaper than others, has noise canceling, and is very responsive and provides excellent sound reproduction. These hearing aids sound a little more "mechanical" in a sense at first than others I've tried, but once you get used to it, it gets less and less noticeable. It has a dual mic for better sound pickup at different frequencies that work well. When I tried these hearing aids while walking in a city and in a forest, I was surprised to hear high notes and small whispers that normally you wouldn't be able to hear at all. As we get older, our ears pick up low frequencies but lose the ability to hear high frequencies well. Thanks to this accessory, you can hear a wide spectrum of sounds that you may have unknowingly missed. In general, I'd say that these hearing aids deliver superior sound reproduction compared to other ones I tested.*** TL;DR ***Yes, I most definitely recommend these hearing aids. If you have hearing loss and are hesitant to buy expensive medical grade hearing aids because of the cost, buy these now. If you currently use hearing aids, I recommend purchasing them as backup hearing aids. The charger is small enough to take with you on your travels. If you are worried about wearing expensive hearing aids when hiking or gardening, then put these on instead. I think these are worth every penny, and unless you have severe hearing loss, I think this will solve your hearing problem in most cases. This hearing aid has a lot going for it. Ease of charging, putting on, volume control, etc. My father will finally start wearing them because they work with comfort.

The device was delivered on Friday, the 3rd of February. Relatively easy to set up with the help of my wife. Amplified her voice, and TV. Then by Monday, the 6th of February the volume control on the right hearing aid stopped working. This reminded me that the 30-day return policy is inadequate. If something goes wrong after the 30 days, you have wasted $200 I am returning the gadget for a replacement, try it for two weeks and see what happens.I received a replacement set today, February 13th. For now, it works reasonably well; amplifies TV sound. The only thing I find a bit disturbing, that the amplified sound is a bit harsh. I will keep reporting.. I have been wearing the hearing aid now for weeks.February 25. I am not sure it has significant amplification. It is set at two beeps, tried to go to 3. Have not succeeded.

I bought these knowing I could return them if not satisfied. I am on day 5 and so far and am delighted with them. Testing with one of the online tests showed Severe loss. My biggest problem was with the higher frequency sounds. With these aids that is not an issue now. I have not been in a noisy environment yet so can't speak to noise cancelling yet. When i first put them on and speaking there was some feedback as in hearing myself but now that is not noticeable. I am using the small, closed domes which are smaller than the resound domes from my old resound hearing aids. I also like that these have the support on them to keep them in the ear. I am also only on volume 1 which seems to be plenty. I will update in a week or so after I venture out with them.Ok....went to restaurant last night and put them into mode 2 and still found hearing quite clear. So I continue to be happy with them.I can cover my ears with my bluetooth headphones and have no feedback noise. Don't know if that is because i use the closed dome.A month now and these are keepers. Also they are more silver than gold.Have yet to have them need a charge before plugging them in at night. Have gone 2 days without charging.

Made a huge difference in tv volume but I still can’t seem to get it set right for conversation. I am assuming user error

They are almost hidden . Volume control is easy . Noise canceling Is not great . Overall good sound and so far very good .
