Perfect for indoor cats

I got this as a housewarming gift for my cat. I know it’s a little weird, but I didn’t want her to feel left out. My cat is pretty picky when it comes to toys. She absolutely HATES anything that vibrates or moves like those flopping fish. But she LOVES bugs. We’ve had a couple of moving butterfly toys over the years, but I wanted something rechargeable so I didn’t have to keep buying batteries.There’s so much going on with this toy and I was a bit skeptical, but I found it on sale and went for it. The base is smaller than I expected, but assembly was super easy and replacement parts are available from the seller.My cat absolutely loved having a new bug toy but I held off on the laser for a few days. I just let her see the laser about an hour ago and she’s obsessed! When I set it to moving laser AND bug, she lost her mind and got huge zoomies! She’s been chasing it around and pouncing on it for about 15 minutes now. Normally, she loses interest pretty quickly and just flops down somewhere but she’s really into this toy.I love that I can turn this on before work and she can operate it by herself. It has a touch sensor and auto off feature, so I don’t have to worry about wasting batteries or having to constantly charge it. I genuinely think this is one of the best cat toys we’ve ever had!

I’ve been using this for the past few weeks and so far my cat loves it. It so easy to set up and it’s not too loud whenever it’s moving about. My cat really likes watching the laser from afar but also chasing it around my living room. It’s the actual laser is relatively slow, while the butterfly attachment is really fast. Almost too fast. My cat doesn’t pay much attention to the butterfly when it’s fluttering, only when it’s standing still. I’m wondering if my cat would like the butterfly a bit more if the butterfly fluttered a bit slower. This toy is a little loud too, both the butterfly part& when it’s moving around, but that’s to be expected. Otherwise, the performance is great and lasts a good amount of time before you have to charge it again. I like how it turns off after not being played with for a while too. Definitely will be getting more automatic toys for my cat in the future!

The media could not be loaded. I got this for my cats for Christmas. I have three, they are 9, 3, and 2. The older two thought it was kind of cool at the beginning. The youngest one loves it.It is really cool because it is rechargeable. Once I turn it on if no one has touched it and I think 15 minutes, then it shuts itself off temporarily. If one of the cats touch it within the next 2 hours, it is still active and will start rolling around.It is so adorable because after 2 hours and it shuts itself completely down, The youngest one will then want to play with it and he will nudge it but it won't come on. He said start with a sad little look on his face until I come push the button.

I thought this toy would be an awesome present for our Energetic cats, who loved all the other electronic toys we got them, but within five minutes, literally, they pulled off the back wheel, which makes the toy turn in circles. luckily, I was keeping an eye on them, and discovered the problem. Not sure if I can fix it, but if not, I might have to return it. I am a little concerned that this was easy to lose small parts. Not good when you have cats who like to chew on things. Buyer beware. Most of this companies toys have been pretty good, but this one needs a little work. So I wanted to add an update to this review. Luckily, we were able to fix this toy, as these guys love it so much. I’m not sure what exactly the problem was, there is a cover that goes over the wheel, and it might not have been on their securely. It ended up inside the toy, but luckily, we recovered it, and snapped it back on. So we managed to fix it, but I don’t know if they’ll pull it off again so we shall see. Luckily, our toy is back to normal now and the cats are still enjoying it. The cover seems to be securely on there now, so we’ll see.

I volunteer at a Cat Shelter and a similar toy to this turned out to be the favorite of multiples. This is amazing for cats; they are very particular. Only problem, battery operated. I decided to get something like it for my kids at home and found this which IS rechargeable!It moves around like a mini vacuum with a laser and a fluttering butterfly. ALL my cats were entertained. One is constantly trying to figure out the laser and another was attacking the butterfly. It will go under furniture and come back out which keeps the cats in hunter mode. Best factor, if they don't play with it for 5 minutes or so it will go into sleep mode. If the cat interacts, paws at it or the butterfly, it will reactivate. If no interaction for 1 hr then it shuts off. One cat has figure that out, so I have seen her smack it to wake it up.One of the better toys I have found for my furry friends!

My cat isn't amused by anything (shocking I know), but he's actually interested in this toy. It's good because the toy moves on it's own, as opposed to a human with a stick for example. The battery lasts a decent time so far and I've only had to charge it twice since purchasing. The butterfly at the end is his favorite, but the red dot is a nice addition as well. Given the price I'd give it five stars.

When I first introduced my cat to the product he didn't want to play with it. After a while he did and he got used to it. Unexpectedly he learned how to turn the toy on on his own.
