Really good!
I use this for protein shakes. I like that it's a smaller 20oz. Most of the shakers are bigger and have a lot of wasted space inside. Keeps my shake cold so I don't have to chug it!

My 3rd shaker
You need insulation for drinks. This is the way to go. Great company. Great quality. Keeps my drinks cold for hours in end. Easy to clean. Big fan of a insulated shaker.

Agitator piece broke after one use
Overall the shaker cup itself is well built, keeps drink cold for several hours. The cup and lid have a great sturdy design. The only problem I experienced was the screw on agitator piece broke after one use and didnt seem very strong to begin with.
