This shadow is a beautiful silvery blue, almost chrome like. This would be a great color for a smoky eye look if used without primer. It is silver, grey, and blue all at the same time. You get 2 very unique looks with this shade. If you use primer you will get a beautiful silvery blue flashing all sorts of metallic. Without primer you will get a more grey/silver look. This shade completely changes color with the use of a primer (which you should use anyway). If you foil or prime our shadows you will get a much deeper color payoff from both colors.
