Hey! They say it has about 15 calories per stick - which means theres probably about 4 carbs per stick (based on the fact that one table spoon of honey is 17 carbs and 64 calories). I have type one diabetes and like to carry honey sticks around in my purse, for when i get a low blood sugar :)

Q: Is there an expiration date? I'd like to order a bunch of these to bundle together as wedding favors for my October wedding.

yes there is -- it says exp jan 2020 and i bought mine some months ago -- but nonetheless honey doesn't go bad -- if it crystallizes you could set them in some very warm or hot water but you would be fine for an october wedding --- best of the best to you -- sounds like a sweet wedding favor :)
