The Gardener's Guide to Growing & Processing Tea: White, Green, Oolong, and Black Teas

A good read. Well written and concise but with most of the detail you need. I'd have liked the section on pruning to have more detail and a few figures or photos to illustrate the pruning would also have been nice.
