Quality of sound was great! Didn’t work for what I needed though.
It didn’t work for me like i needed it to. I was trying to get my wireless Bose over ear headphones to connect with my desk phone but I don’t think the desk phone allows for me to use my mic with this or any thing like it. The quality of material was great and I could hear through the headphones very well! I just couldn’t talk with it. Not their fault though so that’s why it still gets 5 stars

Worked well for desk phone (then they took the phone away)
For the 2 or 3 months I was able to use this cable with a gamers headset w/mike, it worked well. I was finally able to use my phone comfortably (I wear on-the-ear hearing aids).Then they took the desk phone away, and replaced it with a app on my PC.

Not worth it
I wanted to connect a new headset to my office phone but needed one just like this. The plug in on the phone jack side works fits to a normal landline, and the other side also fits the normal aux/phone cables. However, once I plugged it in I could barely hear anything even with the volume turned up, the other person said they couldn't hear me either. It got returned the next day

Works perfect with my headphones
Work prefect for Cisco CP-8811. I am so happy could use my headphones.

It did not work at all with my Bose headset
All the connections were correct, everything fit but no sound whatsoever. I bought a pair of Cisco headphones 531 through CDW. They work perfect! No luck with this product.

Works, there is some white noise
So this thing works and I will continue to use it. There’s is a high pitched white noise as noted in the bad reviews so if you can’t handle that it’s not the item for you.

IT worked for what I needed.
I use this to test intercom systems. This allows me to connect my cell phone to a Cisco phone which then lets me play audio over the intercom system that is connected to our voice and data network.

Not compatible with Cisco 8811
Even though the product is listed as compatible with Cisco 8811 phone, it is not. Bought this item and had to return it because it did not work with that phone.
