Gorgeous table plan, the seller is brilliant , customer service and communication from point of order through to despatch is personal and prompt. You get a proof to sign off before it's produced so if you miss anything you get time to amend it.It's printed in good quality thick paper and looks like it really is a chalk board. I don't know where to start with this review... I cannot sing the sellers praises enough! From start to finish Kay has been attentive, responsive to the many changes that happen during planning. Kay sent two drafts after I made adjustments and then was careful to ensure that I understood that once I gave the okay, it was final. As soon as I gave the word the item arrived within days, packaged well and the quality of the item itself is well worth the price. The font is clear and the texture looks as if it is actually all done on chalkboard and the effect is stunning. So literally hours after receiving, I had a cursed table where no less than 3 people sent their regrets. I was devastated thinking that I would need to redo the whole thing. I contacted Kay who simply asked for the changes to be made and again within days she has sent a smaller piece of the paper to cover up the table! I asked Kay about payment for this but she has obviously sent it free of charge and has also sent a back up! I am thrilled and so very pleased I found this seller. I just know we're going to get so many compliments about it at our wedding in two weeks. Cannot recommend enough.

Brilliant customer services and beautiful product. Just be aware that this is on paper and not card! So you will have to back it with cardboard or frame it.

Very expensive for what you receive. Was a little damaged on corners when arrived. Was expecting a bit more thickness just feels like thin card on some ' funky" paper. Won't be recommending to friends.

Ordered my table plan and Kay was very prompt in sending email to confirm details. A proof was sent and was sent quickly. Very good quality and paper thick, looks professional and fonts lovely. Thank you so much would not hesitate to order something similar

Easy to deal with Kays Weddings as they got back to me immediately even though they were officially on leave as I was getting married just before Christmas and the post was a concern to me. The table plan arrived well packaged and looked stunning. It also arrived so quickly, I was really impressed. We had many compliments. We backed it with some gold card which set it off beautifully. Recommend this company and product.
