This is very good value for money as it can be used outside in a kennel as well as inside and it also incorporates an inner cushion with a non slip woven base which can either be used with the canvas outer cover or on its own (while the outer is being cleaned and dried) or in a plastic dog bed.I am very impressed with the quality of this dog bed as I bought it for my large bouncy Labrador who loves playing in any mud she can jump into when out on walks and this bed stands up to the rigour and stays looking smart and is easy to clean and dry!

Bought a Medium... I do actually love this how ever my dog likes to play by him self and has a habit of pulling and scraping any bit of blanket/clothing he finds on the floor, he managed to first rip a corner and now the seam on one side is coming loose, a week or two later the zip completely bust, I was going to sew it and move it out of sight when he’s not sleeping, but as soon as he got hold of the inner bed it was a fluff massacre. his fur also stuck to it and when wet it does leave water rings

I bought this because my elderly dogs sometimes have little accidents (and sometimes not so little accidents!) and I was fed up with having to overload my washing machine with huge dog beds. The waterproof bed was put to the test today as one of my dogs peed all over it and I can honestly say it passed with flying colours! The material on the outside went a darker green which at first glance looks like the liquid has soaked into the material but the bed inside the cover was perfectly dry. I had to wash the outer cover but that is what I was prepared to do, even with the large sized cover it still didn't overload my washing machine. If you want a fully waterproof cover I would suggest turning the cover inside out as it is the inside of the cover that has the waterproof covering. I'm really pleased with this bed and would definitely purchase again

I have mixed feeling about this. I have a 6 month old Tibetan Terrier puppy who has made a hole in the outer cover after 3 days, so maybe not really suited to a persistent chewer, also there is so much air in the cushion that he struggles to lie on it. I think it is more suited to an adult dog the size of a Labrador. It would be a great cushion for campers being waterproof which is why I bought it, providing you have room for it.

Hi very disappointed with this product - bought 2 (for 2 different rooms) but sadly the dog has now chewed both, one even through the zip. After a year or so they look very tatty. I expected the beds to be more resilient that this. Any suggestions?DM

Love this bed. It's great because you can easily take off the waterproof outer layer. The bed inside it quite thick which at first made it slightly hard for my large dog to lay down but she soon got used to it. Would buy again especially if there was a Slightly larger option as I have a large mastiff cross, she does fit on it but probably couldn't fully stretch out.

Delivered on the Thursday and dog chewed through both corners overnight. Not quite as durable as advertised. In the bin!
