Great for smaller people!
I was looking for a pillow to tadem feed my twins and I ordered the My Brest Friend pillow first but even with my large 7 month pregnant bump it was too big on me! I had to return it because there was a HUGE gap even when on the tightest setting possible. If you are a larger woman that might work fine but this pillow works SO much better for smaller people. (I am not THAT small either) The material is much softer and higher quality in my opinion too and I love the privacy cover. My only complaint is all that velcro! lol. Its not bad but it is just everywhere.

Irreplaceable if you have twins.
Irreplaceable if you have twins. Saves lots of time. Can't imagine how we would could do without it. Although the back support cushion got twice thinner very quickly. Still I would recommend it to all twin mothers.

Not very useful with twins
Not useful with twins because you can only use it with breast feeding and not with bottle because the danger of dropping down.

Product is just like described. Excelent quality. Special cover offer a privacy where ever you are. In its original cover it is practical and portable.
