I love the chocolate shakes. The breakfast and lunch bars are great for on the go nutrition.

I have used the nutri system plan before and fell in love with the chocolate shake. My favorite smoothie is a frozen banana and a apple cored and 2 dates with 2 scoops of the shake powder and 1and half cup of unsweetened almond milk. great smoothie. The nutri shake is good with 2 scoops and 8 oz water and 1/2 cup ice also. also helps get rid of belly fat.

Lunch bars are very tasty and satisfying. Shake mix works well for a yummy snack. I do add fresh or frozen strawberries & 0 calorie chocolate syrup😋
