The media could not be loaded. Reading the reviews had me nervous lol but I’m happy I followed my first mind and gave it a try. All the pieces were there and it’s literally soooo easy to put together it took less than 20 mins. I didn’t even bother to go by the instructions that came in the box I knew to watch the video and it was perfect. It’s very sturdy and heavy it doesn’t tilt when u lean forward either. Great height for me even tho I’m only 5 feet tall it lets down very low that’s a huge plus! The screws are not missing if u watch the video it will show the screws are attached to the chair!

I’ve had this chair for 2 months and I’ve had no issues. My clients say the chair is comfy. The hydraulics works amazing.

Went together fairly well, and had trouble installing one of the bolts because of poor machine tapping into the chair. Additionally, the seat itself sits on the bottom post with a simple pin that expands that uses friction to keep it together. Wasn't a fan of that. Other than that the chair is a great starter barber chair and the seat raising and lowering feature is great.

There were a lot of mixed reviews, but I went with it anyway! It did not disappoint! It’s Very easy to put together if you watch the video . The chair is very comfortable.

I bought 2 of these and both were missing major pieces that rendered them unusable: one was missing the PEDESTAL. The other was missing the screws/ bolts. We had hoped to use them during a free haircut event in remote Alaska for Alaska Natives.Extremely disappointed

I have gone through 2 Racer Chairs in 3 years. They either have the Base Crack where the Wheels fit or the Armrests start to shift. The construction of this Chair eliminates those issues. The Full base is Metal. There are no Wheels and the Armrests are just fantastic. They will not start to lean forward because they are screwed right into the backrest. The seat padding is also MUCH better than you find in Racer Style Gaming Chairs.Only thing that some people might find to be a con is there isn't any recline options. That, said. Because this chair is made for Barbers it does have a natural recline too it.If you are looking for a Gaming Chair option this might work for you.P.S. I removed the footrest my feet are way too busy lolUpdate: July, 8 2020Nearly a Year and a Half later the Chair is still holding up. I did have to re-trighten the screws twice but it's been probably a year to this points since the last time I did that. Barber Chairs are going to be my Gaming Chairs going forward. Nothing has cracked or snapped:)

Chair was easy to assemble only thing is the pump was backwards, you have to lift your foot upwards to lift the chair up and down it’s weird I hv to send it back

Really comfortable .. got it as a gift do my daughter could do my and her dad’s hair easily at home:)Works great so far!
