Yes you have to add eggs to the mixture but it’s by far the best pancake mix around it’s precise and light if you want a foolproof authentic pancake this is the baby

Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto 350°F griddle and flip when air bubbles begin to pop. Turn once and cook until done. (Makes approximately 5-6 plate-size pancakes.) you need to add milk about 100ml & melted butter and 1egg to make a smooth batter.

Just a nice pancake mix

Nice stuff, had it before. It's very light. Probably similar to other pancake mixtures ultimately though. Cheapest on Amazon it seems. Although beware, my tin was all in Italian rather than English. Not a problem for me but might be to some. 4 stars because I don't really know what value for money in pancake mixture is.
