Stylish jug
Wanted a gravy boat that wasn’t stainless steel. This is very stylish and seems to do what it is supposed to, very happy with purchase

Difficult to clean, a waste of money.
I am a previous owner of a B & B who for many years used a smaller version of this jug ( Connoisserve model item 4022/10) which for some reason are no longer available. These smaller version had a simple acre on top without the trigger pouring attachment. The problem with this purchase with the trigger top is that on doing a daily clean in a dishwasher the top fills with water which is difficult to empty without continuous shaking and air drying out. The jug partly because of its size even when washed in a dishwasher remains smelling of off milk ( if you used it as a milk jug) . A waste of money as far as I’m concerned. Though you may want to use it for hot water only.

Questionable quality - not expensive
It was cheap so I shouldn’t have been surprised that the spout mechanism was jammed open on receipt. It did keep water hot for several hours but not much use if the spout can't be closed…..
