Used this to travel with on a 12 day interrailing trip across Europe before starting my first year in university, held up extremely well, packed dense and with alot of convenient pockets to keep important documents close to reach if i needed to slip the bag off, held alot of weight (13kg) and distributed it nicely across the shoulders and back with many adjustable straps and clips to keep it all stable, airlines had no issue checking it in as oversized baggage and overall was a decent saving compared to the highstreet shops!such a good product that it even now serves as a big backpack for transporting clothes to and from uni to wash for free when i am at home! (my parents love it!! ;).)

Good value for the price I paid at the time. It's well made, and feels comfortable when I use it for the lockdown shopping.

I am currently using this backpack for a 7 month backpacking trip. It's terrible! The shoulder straps are not padded enough meaning it is very uncomfortable to wear.The bag is a good size but that's about it.The bag broke after two weeks of using it, the stitching is all coming away and now one of the shoulder straps has completely torn from the main body meaning I can't use it!!Each time I use another person to help put on the bag, and the bag only has 15kg in it so definitely a manufacturing fault, or the bag is simply not up to task!The bag has almost ruined my trip as I had to buy another which was very stressful when halfway through my trip!!I won't be buying or recommending this bag!

The backpack is amazing value. Really well made. It survived a trip to the Amazon no problem.
