Not always easy to totally dissolve. My mind /thinking seems a lot clearer (I'm 62 years old) and I definitely feel physically better. Whether that's mind over matter or not, I don't know, but definitely feel more energised and positive.

This is my first time using this product so can't really say if its good or not as i have nothing to compare it to will have to update later on so gave it 3 stars based on that. So after finishing the jar and not having anymore I can say it does make a difference but I didn't notice until after I had finished the jar would recommend this.

I thought I would try this New Shilajit and it has been amazing. My Sleep has improved, my energy levels are at an all time high and I now digest my food so much easier. It has an earthy, strong taste and I would definitely recommend this to anyone starting out on Shilajit.
