No.1 iPad Mini Cover
I did about 5hrs of research before committing to this cover, including blogs / boards / YouTube Best of.. lists - the most informative being an "outfityours" YouTube 10 top lineup.I was looking for a slim, beautiful cover, similar to the Apple flap/stand style, but one that would give more protection against accidental dings. The Moshi Versacover is AMAZING.Appearance: Its a beautiful, sophisticated beige thats professional enough to be using for work.Protection: The backing tray is a see-though plastic into which the ipad mini pops into really easily, yet is wieldy enough to securely hold the ipad that it would come out without you trying to un-pop it. The front cover is a almost a hard-suede texture; feels nice to touch but it think and strong enough that you wouldn't get any crease marks from pens or keys leaning into it in your bag. The sides are fully protected by the plastic, but will all of the necessary cut outs for power, sound, charging etc. My favourite part is that no one piece of the front screen is interrupted with covers, so you have the full ipad experience even with a case on it.As a stand: As you'll see in the moshi video's there are a number of ways to use the stand. I almost always just pinch the triangle nearest the lengthwise opening, and use it as a landscape-stand. Occasionally, if I'm watching a Ted talks video or something ill open it, fold that triangle inwards which makes the screen stand more upwards. You can also make it stand upright, I guess for cooking. Its really comfortable for reading, as you can just fold it flat back on itself, and its like reading off an ipad with no cover at all!Aesthetics: This is a beautiful case! Feels and looks fantastic. I'm so proud of it and love using it every day. I refused to take the plastic off my ipad until it arrived, incase anything bad happened to the device and it was worth it! I love knowing my perfect ipad is save in my stunning case!

You should buy it!
When I write this review of this case, I am a seller! I have been using this case for about 2 months, and I have to say I love it. It's the best case that I find for my ipad ever. I don't like any of the case that wrap up my ipad like a bread. I try to find something that covers the screen so that anytime when I open the cover it is just like opening a book. This Japanese-style case is just my taste. It's pretty light that I can barely feel. It offers three positions for my ipad to stand. Every time when I fold the cover into a certain shape to stand my ipad, it feels like I am doing magic. A little thing puzzles me is that the case doesn't fit the ipad mini perfectly. It is a little bit loose, but still it won't affect anything. For most of the time, it stays pretty well with my ipad mini. By the way, one of the folding way shown by amazon is not correct, you can definitely find a better way to fold it. If you are also considering the official smart cover, I would suggest you to get this one. At about the same price, this one is much much much more worth buying than the official smart cover!

Pretty good Cove
Cover is great with a few drawbacks. Other that the drawbacks I can't complain its a good case and I haven't looked for another one yet so that's a good sign. I usually get tired of cases quick.Cons:- The big thing I didn't like was the imprint of the cover onto the screen. You have to wipe off the screen all the time to remove it.- The folding of the cover is a little hard to get used to because there is one way that if folds best for all positions and this wasn't really explain in the product details much.Pros:- Great Protection everywhere. It covers the corners and most of the sides.- Sleep mode function with the cover- Different stand postures- Slim case for thin profile.- Doesn't add bulk or much weight to your iPad mini

Not bad but could be better.
The folding flap is neat and all but the Ipad does not really secure itself to the backing. You would think there would be some sort of lip that catches on the corner to hold the ipad in place but this is not the case. One wrong move and your ipad will slip out of this case.

Moshit needs to do better for $50
This product is an instance of beauty with no substance. For $50 you'd expect this cover to last quite a while. After a few months mine developed a crack in the lower right corner with very gentle use. The crack expanded and eventually resulted in the corner piece falling off. They need to raise the quality of the product or lower the price to about $9.99. Instead of Moshi I call them Moshit, and that's exactly what this case is... mo' sh!t.

Perfect iPad Mini stand and cover
I was looking for a stand that would work in portrait and landscape modes, as well as being relatively thin and easy to hold onto. This is perfect. The portrait stand is sturdy and easy to set up, and the landscape options are equally functional and pleasant to work with. The color is more grey than khaki. Although the cover is very easy to get on and off, I've found that I prefer to just leave it on all the time -- it doesn't add much bulk to the iPad Mini, and gives me a pleasant, grippable surface in the back to hold onto. Finally, I love the "Smart Cover" on/off feature. I didn't really envision myself using it much, but now I use it all the time!

What I was looking for
I really wanted a cover that would prop up the ipad mini in portrait mode. I'm glad I waited until this came out. It has worked well for me and is just what I was looking for. Sometimes I accidentally fold it in the wrong direction, but it just takes a second to undo and flip and other way. I'm not thrilled w/the colors, but happy with functionality.

Does not fit my iPad mini, the case is too large.
I bought one for my iPad mini, and it says "iPad mini" on the box when I received it in the mail, yet the case is too large. The corners barely hold onto the iPad mini itself. The corners don't "snap" on when you try to attach it to the ipad mini, it just kind of slides over the corner with no resistance and you see how the case is too large for the ipad mini. If I turn it upside down and just hold the case, the ipad mini falls out. You can tell the material is high quality, and if it fit properly I would have given it 5 stars.

Excellent protective cover and sleeve for the i-Pad Mini
Cover doubles as a stand as well as front and back protection. Lots of choice in the marketplace and although this was more costly than many, it is lightweight, well-padded and good value
