Perfect mix
I bought this because I remember when mom use to make dried chicken using cornflakes crumbs to make a very juicy chicken. The quality is very good, the taste is also good and it arrived fresh. Great value.

Great for breading in a box.
I use this to bread chicken breasts after I pound them thin. It ends up working well and the box contains a good amount.I used to mix crackers and corn flakes for the same purpose. But this is also good and already in tiny pieces. It works well for my needs and is a fast way to have then already for use.One can use an egg wash or just olive oil or olive oil spray and pan fry or put in an air fryer. Use olive oil/spray for better color/results if using an air fryer.

So glad to find these corn flake crumbs on Amazon!
I've been using corn flake crumbs in my home cooking for decades, but have had trouble finding them recently in grocery stores. I was thrilled to discover I can buy them on Amazon, so I bought a couple of packages to keep on hand. I keep them in the refrigerator, so they stay fresh a long time. I've used them in a lot of recipes over the years. I tried making my own corn flake crumbs by crushing corn flakes from a cereal box, but they just weren't as useful as the ones Kellogg's sells.

Tastes great
Great on fried chicken parts. Something different than McDonald's!

Love these!
I have been using them in place of panko since it was sold out, it tastes great! I did a chicken katsu and some chicken strips. Both were tasty. Be sure to salt your meat first!

Not a very good substitute for bread crumbs since it produces a soggy cereal texture. Probably good for breading things though.

Cornflake chicken, just like mom used to make
No much to say about them, they're corn flake crumbs. I've never seen another brand, so nothing to compare to. But they're perfect if you want to make a homemade 'shake & bake' mix, or if you want to make one of my childhood favorites - boneless corn flake chicken: standard dredging setup (flour, egg wash, corn flake crumbs), and then into a frying pan with some oil. Not quite a shallow fry, but you need a decent amount in there.
