Good diapers
They run a bit small, so I’d order a size up, but we love these because the designs and I have a super skinny baby so these work best for us.

Hard pass
I can't say I'd recommend this brand. These "size 4" diapers are identical in size to the Parents Choice "size 3" with one very small, functionally insignificant, difference: the facing on the front of the diaper is about 4mm taller on the Medline - but the rest is same-same, all around, including the width and height of the absorbent material. That's problem #1, and it's a big one, in my opinion. There are several other reasons I prefer the Parent's Choice diaper:1) They are 20.4 cents per diaper, as compared to 52 cents per diaper, Medline brand - way overpriced2) The Medline diaper does not have the size number printed on it, and when you have more than one child in diapers, or extra diapers hanging around, that makes it difficult to grab the correct size3) The Medline diaper does not have the wetness indicator stripAs far as containing wetness and what-not, they're fine, but with price and sizing off, and important features missing, I'd take a hard pass on these.

Baby Diapers, Size 4, 22-37 lb. (Pack of 25), Medline MBD2004Z
These worked fine for us but I would try the 25 pack to see if they work for your little one and switch to the Medline MBD2004 Baby Diapers, Size 4, 22-37 lb. (Pack of 200) 200 count case at 28 cents per diaper if they work out. I also found that our local food bank accepts diapers so you can always recycle, yay!The Company: Medline is America’s largest provider of medical supplies and solutions, family-led for four generations. Founded in 1910 when A.L. Mills founded a Chicago garment factory that made aprons for the stock yards. Nuns working as seamstresses at a nearby hospital approached A.L. about making the hospital’s garments, such as surgeon’s gowns and nursing uniforms. After A.L.’s son, Irving, took over the garment business in 1930, World War II created an unprecedented demand for medical supplies. He started distributing general medical supplies in addition to the garments, and the Mills Hospital Supply company was born. 1960 Medline, originally named Medco, is founded by A.L.’s grandsons Jim and Jon with approximately 2,000 sq. feet of warehouse space and one loading dock in Evanston, Ill. In 1997 the fourth generation took over thefamily-owned company offering over 350,000 medical products and clinical solutions to healthcare facilities around the world. As of 2002 Medline has offices in 20 countries around the globe. 2007 Medline acquired CURAD brand. They currently have 14,000 plus employees and more than $8 billion in sales.

Excellent diapers
We were skeptical of these diapers at first but they worked really well and in the end my wife is preferring them to Pampers Baby Dry (our preferred diaper go-to). Why?* No leaks. We didn't have any leaks while using these. (We rarely had leaks with the Pampers as well)* Good fit.* Clean dry. This is the biggest reason my wife likes these diapers. She says that with the Pampers that after wiping our son he would have what she describes as a slimy film residue left on his bum, even after blow drying it. With the Medline diapers she felt she could blow dry his bum and it would feel dry to the touch. She thinks that that is why we might have been having problems with rashes. My son might need sensitive skin diapers, something the Baby Dry aren't specifically marketed for. Either way, these seemed to meet our sensitive skin needs.Summary.Even though initial impressions were that these felt a bit cheap they most definitely met our needs and we were really happy with them. Diapers are funny in that what might work for one baby definitely doesn't work for another. That said, these are easy to recommend to see if they work for yours.

Not a fan
I have tried a lot of different brands of diapers in the past 3 years. In total I've tried honest brand, Huggies, Pampers, Mama Bear, and bamboo. I will say that these Medline diapers are by far my least favorite. And they're also the most expensive. To the touch, they feel more plastic than cotton. I don't doubt that they're cotton but they just don't have that soft cottony feel that I expected. They feel just as thick as all of the other diapers that I've tried. However they don't seem to absorb well and Wick away from the skin. The elastic in the back at the top of the waistband is not nearly as stretchy as most other brands. I've found this to be true and honest brand diapers as well. When they don't have much elastic, they tend to leak up the back of the baby more easily. The flaps that fold over and secure on the front of the diaper are thinner than most other brands of diapers. The straps seem to secure well to the front of the diaper however because it's thinner there is some fold over from the top. And it just doesn't look like I think it should.

Nothing Special
There is nothing special about these diapers. They do the trick but to me they didn’t hold as much as huggies/pampers. Also they were a little more stiff than other brands. I will not be purchasing this brand in the future.

Seemed thin, but haven't leaked yet
On first inspection, it seemed like these were too thin and would be prone to leaking, but they've worked really well and we've been impressed. As some have noted, these might not be the best for sensitive skin. They don't seem very soft on the inside. It's interesting because they claim to be for "Soft and hypoallergenic for sensitive, delicate skin." So, not sure what kind of sensitive skin they're for, but with others reporting rashes and with them really not feeling all that soft on the inside, I'd steer away from these if you've got a little one with sensitive skin. The diapers do not have a wetness indicator or size indicator on the diaper. The wetness indicator isn't that big of a deal, but it'd be really nice to have the size indicator on there.Other than that, they work
