A great read
A great storyline, Levi and Katie’s story detailing knowing each other since childhood. They have been friends ever since with her cousin Ollie too. Levi’s parents abandoned him years ago, so he had many issues. Katie and Levi were in denial about there feelings for each other, not wanting to rock the boat and destroy their friendship, and her cousin warned Levi to not go after Katie. There is lots more to the story and a shocking reveal nearer the end of the book regarding Levi’s parents, the appearance of Dominic Corisi ,his wife and family along with Althea and husband Marc, Dominic’s Security from the Corisis series which I loved. This book is worth the read. Looking forward to Ollie’s story.

Best Book Hero's together
Loved this book, Levi and Katie were just meant to be together. They only needed a little push and a few hometruths to realise it. I have read all of Ruth's Barrington and Corisi series, and loved how she has brought some of the protagonists from several of those books together in this one. Don't want to give any spoilers but it's great how she ties up some ends whilst still leaving a few loose to lead us into the next book about Ollie! Looking forward to reading it soon.

Friends to lovers
Levi, has always been warned off Katie by Ollie her cousin but love can find a way. Ollie has to leave Driverton due to personal reasons and Levi and Katie have the time to get to know each other on a more personal level. I somehow felt this story was packed out a little and lacked much substance. Yes Levi was the bad boy who felt unloved due to his parents abandoning him when young, and was coming good with physical guidance by Bradford. Levi’s protective nature towards Katie doesn’t come into question, but their friendship deepens when they train together. There was a little drama, relation issues and highly romantic scenes, but for me it never really got going. Dominic Corisi makes quite the appearance and helps create another branch to the story. Well written, and believable characters with a moderate interest.

Another cracking tale in this series.
My past paled in importance in the face of my future“ it’s not a spoiler to say this is a story of deep friendship crossing the invisible line into a relationship. Both Katie and Levi are battered round the edges from the hard knocks from life. Set in a town where everyone knows everyone else’s business Katie and Levi embark on a punishing boot camp of self improvement to prove they can be part of the team to help others in dire need. That in itself is an interesting story, throw in some sexual tension and friends to lovers thread and I’m hooked. The writing style had me turning the pages and willing everything to turn out well for Katie and Levi. In fact also for Ollie. This has been an enjoyable book and one I will read again. I just love the characters Ruth pens, for me they jump off the page. I want to go back to read the other books too -just to see how Katie and Levi are introduced in those stories. These are gentle and warm stories but have some deep themes that are woven in and give this series more depth and interest for me. This series interconnects but can be read as stand alone. I think this is my favourite so far!I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy (ARC) of this book from the author. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Amazing
If you've read Driverton Book 1 Everette then you really need this book, it seems like I've been waiting forever for it.Levi is a good man with a good heart and has started to make a change for the better with Bootcamp from Bradford. The main reason for this is Katie his Best Friend's cousin, who he's fancied for many years but was too drunk and stupid to act on it.Katie has been secretly in love with Levi for years and really wants the Bootcamp to work in her favour. Will Levi amd Katie get together? What would Driverton or more importantly her cousin Ollie say about the relationship? Well make sure to grab this book and enjoy, you won't be disappointed until the end when your ready for the next book.

Great book
Heading back to the quaint town of Driverton we meet Katie and Levi.Levi is mixed up having been abandoned by his parents,he has been running wild and having numerous one night stands with no commitments but he is kind as can be seen by the way he helps his friends. He is training with Bradford for his secret operations together with Katie and Ollie.Katie and Levi have been friends for ages but the feelings they have for each other become harder to resist, Katie ha a loving family that worry her heart will get broken.Levi tries not to fall for her but the chemistry is just too great. These two are great together there is fun, laugh out loud moments and hot, steamy times as they get together and find where they fit in Bradfords team. This can be read as a standalone but for those into the entire series there is a great Clay,Dominic and Bradford meet up setting the scene for further intrigue together with the underlying story of Ollie who I think gets the next story which I am looking forward to.

Levi's story
I have read all the previous books by the author but the books can be read independently.Levi and Katie are newer characters and I feel there is more to their back story that hasn't been explored yet. It was nice to see "old" characters pop up and see how their lives are crossing over, I'm already looking forward to the next book

Another great addition to the series
Levi had always had a soft spot for Katie but being his best friends cousin he’s always thought of her as off limits, Katie has always thought of Levi as a bit of a playboy, never staying long with a women before moving on to the next so they settled on being best friends instead, she hid her love for him really well but when they start working together they give in to their attraction.I really felt for Levi, his parents abandoned him to go live on a naturist’s reserve then he hears sad news but all is not lost when he finds out he’s inherited their estate and what it’s worth!!I loved how Ruth brings other characters for previous series into the story and blends it so well, yes Dominic appears and he’s still as egotistical and swoony as ever 😍Another great read that has you hooked and I can’t wait to see where this story goes.I received a copy from the author and this is my honest review.

best friend to lovers
Levi Hale promised that he would not cross the line with Katie Berber she was his best friend’s cousin and there are rules.Living in small town where everyone knows everything about you. Could Katie and Levi hold on to that best friend motto or is the temptation to strong to cross that line.Fall in love with both these characters and honestly that their desire for each other will outshine their past failures.Love this family values that Ruth Cardello writes in each character even the big dominant Dominic Corissi will fall for them.

Couldn’t put it down!!!
Ruth has done it again! This book is the perfect funny laugh out loud and exciting, and the fact that his parents abandoned him will make you want to give Levi a hug! Rooting for both of them, Katie seems to not only be his best friend but to love him because of it and she has a great understanding of what it’s like to make mistakes. There journey through out this book is amazing as they step into the world of the very rich, and you won't see what is coming with characters from previous books that make you feel like you’ve at a reunion and will make you laugh out loud! Don’t miss out on your chance to enjoy their journey. I loved it. This story is centered around friends and neighbors that you feel you want to get to know them. When Levi and Katie say they love their small town and don’t want to leave it, you feel like you want to visit just to see the connections that makes this community. I couldn't put it down. This whole series is gripping and exciting, it will give you all the feels. I wholly recommend this series to all. Another awesome read from Ruth Cardello. A definite five star!! Can’t wait to read Ollie’s book! Get your copy today it’s available now!!!!

Levi: Driverton 2

Levi
I have been reading The Barrington books since they came out. I love how Ruth continues to surprise me in each book. I think this one is the best book. It had laughter, heroic moments and love. Levi’s story was so well written and Katie is the glue that turns every thing around. Katie reminds me of the woman who know who she wants and goes after him. Looking forward to Ollie’s story.Thank you Ruth for always remind us in each book how it all started. For always ending with a party.
