They’re probably supposed to help gut health. It helps partially but I hope it works better. The taste is the the smell is very light.

Bought this in hopes to get more into taking sea-moss. First of all there was no real ingredients list telling me exactly what was in it. I didn’t like that immediately. After a few days of eating a spoonful a day, I had noticed quite a chemical, unnatural taste. I had found 2 short black hairs in the middle of the jar of sea-moss (which I don’t have the pictures for I threw them away immediately in disgust.) I also found 2 small strings of plastic inside the rest of the jar which I examined to see what else I could find. Ps: make sure to look fully into the product you’re gonna be ingesting before buying it. Don’t be an idiot (like me). On the bright side it tasted like pineapple kinda?? but also heavy on the factory, plastic-y taste

I've just started consuming sea moss gel, and I'm excited to experience its benefits for now impressions are positive - the gel is easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I've heard great things about its potential to support digestive health, boost energy, and promote overall well-being. I'll update my review once I've used it for a longer period, but so far, I'm optimistic about the results 😇

My jar arrived on Saturday, March 29th. I read the label and immediately put the jar into my refrigerator overnight. I took my first dose/serving of 2 tbsp (measured with a 15ml/1 tbsp tablespoon, not an eating utensil spoon like the Neanderthals do in all the videos you see where they dig back into the jar with the germy spoon they ate off of). Each morning this week I have taken my properly measured dose of 2 tbsp. Today is Saturday, April 5th and today’s dose finished off that jar. 7 doses/servings. 7… not 10. The jar claims to contain 10 servings of 2 tbsp, but this is extremely inaccurate. If you’re planning to take this daily just know that you’ll need 1 jar/week. I haven’t noticed any changes in how I feel other than having more frequent/easier to pass bowel movements each day. The taste is okay… I load both tbsps onto an actual spoon and then with 3 separate bites put a bite into my mouth and immediately swallow it down with water. I did not keep the gel in my mouth to chew/move around/taste/etc. I am disappointed that the jar did not last longer because I feel the cost is high for something that only last 7 days.
