Good value. I thought these might cause the puddings to stick even though they had been greased but the puds came out as clean as a whistle after I ran the tip of a knife around the tops.

These are nice individual pudding moulds, but they have very annoying, incredibly sticky labels on each one. No matter how much soaking the glue residue does not come off!!! Massive pet hate of mine. Surely if they must have a label on each one, have labels that peel off really easily! I would have rated higher if not for this.

good quality will last

Bought these to use as egg poachers and for pannacotta. The outside surfaces are shiny and smooth but, not as expected the insides have a dull machined finish. Additionally, the insides were filthy with black grime, possibly from the manufacturing process. After scrubbing clean, the inside surfaces are left rough with a fine pattern of concentric manufacturing marks, which prevent the easy release of the contents. The only way to use these to achieve a smooth well-shaped pudding like the creme brulee in the sale pictures, is to line them with baking paper or cling film.
