Delicious and beneficial
I'm no matcha connoisseur, however, I read on different sites like Reddit that this brand had an especially bitter taste. I drank Republic Of Tea's Double Matcha daily back in college, the caffeinated stuff, and I noticed no difference in taste. These days, I am extremely sensitive to caffeine; even decaf coffee can trigger symptoms, but amazingly, I've done well with this matcha. I am so glad because I've been drinking decaf green tea, which is fine, but matcha has a better taste and more health benefits. After having 1 teaspoon, which I mix with 20 oz of hot water and a smidge of stevia, I feel completely uplifted and focused, perfect for productivity. As far as the price goes, it was more than I typically would spend on tea, nevertheless, I realize there are not many options in the decaf matcha market, and this one has the least caffeine of its competitors.

Great tasting quality tea
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This mild but flavorful tea dissolves quickly and has a lovely flavor, aroma and texture. It its produced using a cleaner decaffeination process and natural ingredients.

Twenty Dollars an Ounce!
Are you kidding me? I was shocked when I retrieved this teeny, tiny, flat package from it's wrapping. To be absolutely correct, it is 1.06 ounces. This company is ripping people off by using the term "ceremonial" Matcha. No different from any other I have tried and the bag will be gone in a few weeks. Total Ripoff.

Great quality!
I used this to make Matcha ice cream and the flavor was so rich and strong, I had to majorly modify the recipe. I am glad for the reduced caffeine, so I can eat more of it! Here is my recipe (1 qt of ice cream) if anyone is interested:In a saucepan combine 2 cups whole milk with 1 cup heavy cream. Heat medium-low. Add 3/4 cup of pure maple syrup, 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt, and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste. Whisk until dissolved.Remove from heat after it's warm, do not boil. In a medium bowl put 2.5 tbsp matcha powder and add 4 tbsp of the warm milk mixture and stir out the clumps until it's a smooth paste. Add another 4tbsp milk and repeat. Repeat this about 4 times and then whisk the paste with the rest of the milk. Use a sieve to transfer this mixture into a covered container.Chill in fridge at least 4 hours or overnight. Churn in ice cream maker for 20-25 min. Freeze to set up at least 4 hours or overnight. You can buy a great ice cream maker and ice cream containers on Amazon as well! 💚🍵🍦

Questionable servings per container
The package shows a serving size of 1 g (1/4 teaspoon) but not a recommended liquid amount for Matcha Tea. Most matcha's show 2 g per 8-ounce cup of water. The package contains 100 g so using that ratio the package contains 50 servings, not 100 as shown on the package. Also, I ordered this on February 6, and it was received on March 20th (42 days); much slower than originally promised.
