Would it be possible for more than 5 people to play this game, by making teams, etc?

This board game is usually played by 1 to 5 players and it usually lasts for 1 - 1.5 hours. I believe you could set up rules where teams can play together, but I have always played it individually.

There no social aspects to this game is there? Like bluffing or traitor mechanics?

This is a fully co-operative game with no traitor or bluffing. While it is one of my all-time favorite games, I must tell you that it does treat the subject matter very seriously and some of the historical flavor is kind of heavy, and may not be to everyone's taste.
