Great design and good built quality. Does a great job and i like it a lot more than regular floss. It cleans a lot better and deeper. Very easy to use, highly recommended+++

Maybe the buttons are too easy to use. I'd love to have a collection of short video clips of my using this since I got it. The clips would be as follows.Day 1: I fill it with water and put the nozzle on. At that point I am trying to figure out the various buttons and I turn it on and it shoots me right in the eye. I laugh at myself.Since then I've figured out how to use it. I fill with water and then go to screw on the top and the hand grasping the top accidentally hits the power button spraying water all over the bathroom mirror. I've done that a couple times.If you fill it to the very brim and then put the top on, there is some water that will come out as well. I've had water come out of the nozzle onto the sink. I've had it just come out of the top of the device because I hadn't put the nozzle in yet.I've decided that it's best if I just use it while I shower. That way I can't get the mirror or the sink or the wall. Unfortunately it's not quite a routine yet so sometimes I'll get in the shower and then as I realize I don't have it with me in the shower I'll look sadly over at the sink where it smugly sits.There have also been a couple times I've turned it on accidentally while taking it apart after use, but at least then there isn't much water in it to go anywhere.So while it is in my mouth, things are fine. When it's not though, it's a series of short comedic accidents. Yes, thank goodness I only have to fill it once for each use or I'd likely double the comedy.

Item was advertised as charging throughUSB-C, having a travel pouch, and having a case for the nozzle tips. None of this was true. The charging port is some proprietary plug that nothing else uses and no accessories were included with the system.For what it's worth, the flosser itself works and does a decent job of removing food particles and plaque.

I love this flosser. I used to floss the old fashioned way with the wax coated string. It took long and was annoying when the floss broke or when I went too deep into the gum and it hurt. I used to dread it every night but my dentist told me I needed to do it because my gums weren’t great. I bought this and my last checkup was so much better. It is also much faster. The trick is to do a section of your mouth at a time keeping your mouth closed. When ready to move to a new section, spit out the water. Then repeat the process throughout your mouth. It is a great time saver and you can even take it into the shower!!
