I actually got this to use for my back. The typical lumbar pillows are too firm and large and put pressure on my sciatica, but this one is smaller and works perfectly. I'm going to use it in my chair, but also take it on the plane with me. It should make the flight much more comfortable. And it compresses nicely to easily fit in my carry on. It's the perfect thickness and a great value. The material is nice and soft and the zipper quality is good.

Exactly what it's supposed to be. Excellent incredibly soft removable cover for easy washing. Very satisfied.

I had a pain in my neck, and thought the pillow would help. It did and I still use it. Drawback, even though it has a zipper it doesn't work so cannot take the cover off to wash.

Was hoping it would be a bit more firm but it's just like a normal pillow but small and cylindrical. Definitely hasn't been helpful to my neck pain. I have to fold it over for any feeling of support but then the folds of the fabric kinda start to dig in your neck and it doesn't work. With another pillow this kinda works..

If you've got neck or upper-back issues, put "two" of these cervical pillows in a small pillowcase. The space between them (about an inch or so) is easily adjustable to experiment and find the perfect sweet spot for the size and curvature of your melon, and the traction and containment of the pillowcase keeps them under control. You'll thank me later!

The zipper is completely immovable. So much for being able to wash the cover!Also, the foam is WAY too soft to offer any support. When I put the pillow under my neck, it literally compressed FLAT to the bed! It offers ZERO support! The only resistance I felt is when the sections to either side of my head got forced up toward my ears! That is, until I rolled my head to the side and it flattened underneath there, too!I have NO idea what the reviews that said this pillow is supportive were talking about! They HAD to have received something different than I did!Given the fact that TWO pillows came in a freaking ENVELOPE that fit inside my mailbox probably should have been the first clue. The pillows were compressed completely flat, and then tolled up lengthwise into a ball. After allowing it to expand, I was only minimally hopeful. But, all hope vanished as soon as I put my head on it!The only positive thing I can say is that the cover is, indeed, soft to the touch. But that does little good when it’s covering such poor quality foam!Don’t waste your time or money. I’m sending this back ASAP!

I bought the SereneCloud Neck Pillow (17.4 x 4 inch) hoping for a comfy solution for sleeping and travel, and while the concept is solid, the execution misses the mark. The cylindrical shape and washable zippered cover are great ideas—perfect for neck support and easy cleaning. However, the foam is a huge letdown. It flattens almost immediately under pressure, offering little to no support after a few minutes of use. For a pillow meant for sleeping or travel, it needs much firmer, more resilient foam to hold its shape. The size is convenient for home or office use, but the poor foam choice makes it hard to recommend. If they upgrade the foam, this could be a winner.
