Q: Is my quest 1 game compatible on quest 3? Or I need to purchase them again?

Any game purchased for quest 1 or 2 is backwards compatible with the quest 3.

Q: Is it much better than Quest 2 in term of displays, to watch movies?

100% better. In my opinion the sweet spot is 100% better.

Q: My led doesn't turn green when fully charged. It's always amber even though battery shows 100% charge. Is this normal???

This is not normal in my experience, my Quest 3 turns green when full. You might want to call Meta support.
