took this one time and bingo, my period started the VERY next day, hadnt had one for approx 4 months priorcould have just been a coincidence...as everything is out of whack at this stage of life anyway.... didnt use for a few weeks and tried it again because of hot flashes.- just feeling flushed and uncomfortable....
