Good taste, fair price, fresh pork shoulder.
Pork shoulder boned and rolled. It smells mouth wateringly good when roasting , makes delicious crackling and the tender meat tastes really good. It will carve or pull and serve cold or in sandwiches so this is a very adaptable, easy to roast joint and excellent value.
