Work out at any moment.
Being a father of two, I do not have much time.Just got this product and it is great. It allows me to work out from home! I feel my shoulders getting bigger already. This is allowing me to get toned in my living room! Great product I would recommend anybody.

This device will challenge you. It targets much more than just the shoulders. I've incorporated it into a full push/pull upper body workout and it delivers an intense session. You will see progress with this tool. Often, the simplest solutions are the most effective.

Way to much for cheap material
This was basically a few dollars of material with no exercise regiment included. Bands are thin and most likely would of broke in a couple days. Not worth the money.

Project is good
These are OK except the green bands are much too large. They keep slipping off, not allowing you a good workout.
