If you want a healthier oil This is the one to use. There is no taste to it and it's very lightweight so it's great for all food. I use it in my air fryer.

I forgot to get cooking spray at the grocery store and im glad i did bc i wouldve never ordered this. Im real picky with my cooking spray bc it can ruin a good dish. Ive been paying 8$ for a good one bc i can taste the chemicals and all the nastiness with most of the cheaper ones at the store. This particular one has no flavor to me, high smoke point and cheap as hell. Ill be reordering

I really was skeptical but I really like this product please know a little spray goes a long way and it is nothing like Pam which honestly a more healthier alternative.
