Since buying this black version for my kitchen, I was so impressed that I bought a second one in brushed chrome for my bathroom. They are excellent quality, good design, easy to refill with any liquid soap, great functionality and best of all are rechargeable. My previous Simply Human one not only ate batteries, was far more expensive and kept not working. After numerous attempts to bring it back to life, I gave up and bought these 2 for less than one Simply Human. They have a 1 year warranty for peace of mind. Hopefully I will be just as happy as time goes on.

I did have an issue with the pump (slow dispensing) but the supplier quickly got in touch and resolved the issue.

Good and useful by the sink and matches in with other kitchen appliances.

Nice Looking, well built but a little over sensitive. Accidental dispensing seems regular when cleaning the work top.

Bought two, one is fine the other started malfunctioning after a few days so was returned. I have bought a replacement hoping it will function properly.

I placed my order for the soap dispensers in June of this year, and I've recently noticed that they’re beginning to develop some rust. This was a bit disappointing, considering the initial quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I wrote a review about my experience and was promptly contacted by customer support. They were incredibly helpful, and to my delight, they sent me two replacement dispensers at no extra cost.The new soap dispensers have exceeded my expectations—they work exceptionally well and efficiently. I’ve been using them for liquid hand soap and dishwasher detergent, and they’ve made my kitchen and bathroom routines much more convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and grateful for the excellent customer service I received.

Sturdy construction and simple to set up and refill. Had it about a month now with no issues. It’s not over sensitive like some, so you only get soap when you actually want to and don’t end up with a soapy pool on the worktop.
