I contact the seller and it is non returnable . it is not any more effective than you find on your local pharmacy on shelf creams

Much better than Ben-Gay or like rubs that merely heat up! This one has ingredients that actually work!! 500g tub best way to go!!

Very soothing and scent is not too strong. So far this is the best product I have found for sore aching muscles.

I used motion medicine on a 'Frozen Shoulder' caused by a damaged rotator cuff. It works very quickly and last for hours.

Arrived damaged as you can see in the pictures. Very strong medicine smell but it has helped with a strained shoulder and neck. Was using in conjunction with alternating hot and cold as well. It sped up my recovery and had a much shorter downtime but can't say for sure it was this. Overall I think I will continue using in the future.

I live with Osteoarthritis in my knees, exacerbated by a lack of cartilage from playing Football in High School & College. I tend to be one of those 'Soldier On' types; however, the older I become the more 'Soldering On' becomes difficult. With regard to 'Topical Creams' / 'Rubs', to say I've tried them all would be an understatement. Found one that's better than most for me (we all have different chemistry), and have used it for the last two years. I've now discovered 'Motion Medicine' and WOW !!! The difference, or should I say reduction, in my pain was incredible; after two weeks, first thing in the a.m. and last in the p.m., as been such a relief; after all these years. Obviously, the time may come where Knee Replacement Surgery may become necessary; but 'Motion Medicine' will make that eventuality seem a very long way off.....
