I love the Knee Raps. I took them for a test run on this mornings leg day. The first exercise was the Squat. I currently Max at 405. When i rapped my Knees I was able to hit 405 for an easy double, but the best part was the strain on my knees was not there. I typically have some serious discomfort when loading up my max but the wraps took care of that. My next exercise was the leg press again i loaded about 950 on and was able to hit a set of 4 with zero pain. I have two things that i didn't like.1. The leg wraps were a little short for me. I'm a 250 lb guy and "Thick". The wraps could have been about 12 inches longer but for normal people this wont be an issue.2. I like the Velcro on the outside of the wraps but when i wrapped my knees properly there was too much tension for the Velcro so i had to tie it under like normal. As far as the Wrist raps are concerned I use the America flag versions about 4 times a week. I think the ones included with this set are the same great quality if not slightly improved. You can see the differences in the stitching and the thickness of the materials used in them. All around great product for a great price.

I started squatting again, and since it had been so long weak leg muscles helped to cause knee pain. My other knee braces weren't cutting it so I bought these instead. Wow! What a difference they made. Now I can squat regularly and have gotten to the point where I don't have use them as much as I was before. These are quality made knee and wrist wraps. The stitching is strong, and the velcro has held up to everything that I have thrown at them, and have not come undone like other products I have used. Only time will tell how durable they are in the long run, but for now, these wraps are all that I need.

RimSports does it again!!Superior assets for anybody who lifts. I purchased the combo deal for the wrist wraps, the knees wraps are an AWESOME bonus! I usually fatigue in my wrist area but this week i have been able to add 4 reps ...TO EACH SET! My husband powerwashes for a living and lives with constant wrist strain. I told him to try my wraps yesterday and now he wants his own.. THIS COMPANY IS honestly top notch. They GET IT when it comes to weightlifting. RIMsports has my heart

This wrist and knee wrap combo is outstanding. Both sets give strong horizontal elasticity with zero vertical give. I have bad knees so exercises such as squares and deadlifts tend to hurt. These knee wraps prevented any unnecessary movement in my knee for a pain free workout, I was able to finally squat 315 comfortably. The durable velcro stays tight and in place with no budge. My wife and I both use them and feel in love with no complaints.

Love these wraps I have been using them for about two years and I use the wrist wraps almost every day and they are starting the stretch a little bit but they are still doing their job. Not as stiff as gangsta wraps more elastic and more comfortable if you are competing get quality of your are lifting every day get these!!! Can't beat the price for the quality!!!

My order arrived fast. I opened the package to see a nice little carrying bag. The wraps are comfortable and easily adjust. I have small wrist and the fort was great! The knee wraps felt good. Gave me awesome support on leg day. I would recommend this product to other lifters. Like the bag especially to keep the gear all together in my duffle bag.

The knee wraps I also like to use for after my long runs (12 miles) and they help aiding my recovery. I use the wrist wraps allmost every day and I love them!

Quality is good but if you are looking for a traditional brace this is not a fit. If you are good with a knee wrap, then perfect. Ultimately there are no instructions on how to wrap so it is flexible in how you use it. I use mine similar to other wraps so it protects my knee, joints and ligaments. It offers that extra bit of protection and support that I use the wraps for running/soccer and it works perfectly. Way better than a knee sleeve or a tensor bandage. Velcro and tight wrap made of sturdy material means i will use this for years. I think it is cool to have two knee wraps to support when i need it and for any lifting, but also good for wrist support when lifting or when the wrist is sore (i broke my arm/wrist years back and those help when it is not quite right). Ultimately a 4/5 because i prefer a sleeve over a wrap, but in terms of quality this is a good product. The price is good, it does what it needs to do and protects my knees well. Comes with a breathable bag...and I haven't noticed that sweat smell that usually stays on wraps or sleeves, and that is pretty cool too. And it breathes well too, doesn't get wet with sweat either.

I felt alot more stability and support on my knees during a heavy lift and the weight felt easier! A huge recommendation on these items!

Loving these new wraps. The knee wraps work very well and stabilize my joints for those heavy lifts. I thought the wrist wraps could be used for deadlifts and they cannot. But I have used them for other exercises and enjoyed them very much. For the price of this product it's a good deal with a ton of value

Love the knee wraps, the bonus was the wrist wraps. Great quality with just the wright amount of support and they and not ridged and do not dig. Super happy, definitely the best I have used yet .
