Get the cheese out of the plastic wrap with this store!
Quality Kilner product. Glass cover on white ceramic base. Well packed within the manufacturers box.One concern, it’s HEAVY. Unlike my previous Tupperware box that I kept cheeses in, in their plastic wrapper.I do have concerns about chemicals possibly leeching into cheese from packaging so I’m hoping this will provide a solution and also let the cheese breathe. Also it’s nice to have instant access to different cheeses on the base instead of sorting through each time to partially unwrap each cheese. Time will tell if the cheese remains as fresh or the flavours mingle. Decent size but still found headroom not quite enough for some pieces and cannot stack so doesn’t hold as much as the visual cubic capacity might suggest as don’t want the cheeses touching.Overall pleased with this nice looking quality item but just be careful when moving it out of the fridge and around because it’s glass and ceramic and relatively HEAVY and has shiny polished surfaces, anyone with grip or strength issues could struggle and although the glass is recyclable it would be a shame to drop and smash it on the floor! And a waste of 🧀
