I put up this Palm tree but it didn’t make it warm out

I purchased this item for our front lawn because in our new neighborhood every street has a different Christmas theme and our theme is this palm tree. The entire street from end to end is lined with these palm trees. Mostly every house has one out at Christmas time, in addition to their other decorations. It's very beautiful at night. When we got ours we had an issue with the cable that caused it to not light up. I contacted the seller using the Amazon pathway and literally within the very same week we had a replacement and were able to get our tree up on time. I honestly have never had a more responsive and fast customer service from any seller on Amazon. I highly recommend this product and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. The tree is up and beautifully working. It's also very sturdy.

We ordered 3 of these in December and they quit working and fell apart already and it’s only May. Huge waste of money. Loved them while they worked. Some improvements need to be made to the product.
