Concha Cutter 4 in… (GZ9)

Excellent superb item!! Makes beautiful authentic conchas in a breeze. Highly recommend. The only downfall is cleaning it, but I suggest dipping it in flour first before and after each use to minimize build up. I’m confident that with more practice it will be easier to clean with time. Great item! My spouse asked me to make vegan conchas for her birthday, which was a tall order since I'd literally never made bread in my life. I'm glad I got this rather than trying to draw stripes freehand with a knife, as it greatly elevated the final appearance and made them look like "real" conchas, compensating for the shortcomings in my baking skills. Dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.Dip the cutter in flour before each concha to avoid sticking.

The media could not be loaded.  This concha cutter worked beautifully! Made sure to press down with slight pressure as to not smash the dough but still have a nice marking. For those areas that are a little faded I simply just got a knife to go over the concha cutter’s marking.

Partner is Mexican. He loves buying these at local Spanish bakery. Decided to make them for him. He loved them and they looked just like the ones in that bakery :)...

Easy to use

I’ve been wanting to make my own conchas for so long and this concha cutter made it possible reminds me of just like the one from home in regards to the shell on top. The one thing I wish was that the edges were sharper for a nicer cut, but overall great product!

Metal would’ve been better. But definitely gets the job done and very good quality plastic.

Very sturdy plastic, easy to use but a little difficult to clean between the small spaces.
