Been through a bunch of pre-workouts over the years, and Gorilla Mind Base hits the sweet spot. Gives me solid energy, focus, and endurance without all the overloaded stims or that cracked-out feeling some other brands bring.It kicks in smooth and keeps me locked in for the full workout — whether it’s lifting, cardio, or PT-style circuits. No crash afterward, and no weird tingles or stomach issues. Just clean, steady drive.I also like that it’s more of a “build-your-stack” formula. I can add pump or stim products if I want, but this is a solid base on its own. Taste is fine — nothing amazing, but I’m not sipping it for flavor.If you want a reliable, no-nonsense pre-workout that performs without frying your system, this is the one. Will be staying in the rotation.

Before believing any of these other reviews see if the person put their height, weight, age, and body fat percentage. I’m 6’3, 228, 27, 11%. I’ve never like pre workout until this stuff, I do half a scoop and that’s enough for me. A great little boost when you need the extra motivation.

i would’ve made it a 5 star if it had the tingle feeling that i liked. but it made me had the best pump, lasted longer, less tiring, and i was stronger during my workout 9/10

I had the blue raspberry. I liked the raspberry better. Same brand. This watermelon flavor is great the product is great all the wya around. The watermelon flavor is great. This watermelon has a focus factor that is unmatched.

As much I wanted to like this pre-workout, I found myself disliking it so much despite the high expectations I was brought to by the reviews. Here is my honest and thorough review:Taste: 8/10Unmistakably one of the better tasting pre-workouts I’ve bought so far. It has a sweet taste and does not leave any aftertaste.Energy: 2/10While it initially gives you a small boost in energy, it very quickly decreases and even goes further into depleting yourself from all your energy levels. Much more worse than the crash you’d get from a high caffeine energy drink.Stims: 0/10Unfortunately, this pre-workout fails to deliver any of the adversities stims and rather gives off the worst side effects I’ve ever experienced in any product thus far. First of all, it gave me and my brother a terrible case of fatigue and tiredness. In addition, it also gave us slight jitters that were rather distracting. There was virtually no focus whatsoever after taking this product. I was also sweating profusely, almost as if I had been inside the sauna even thought I was only 20 minutes into my workout. We also felt really lethargic, and it got to the point where we actually WANTED to leave the gym early which is unlike us whatsoever. We also felt like we were short of breath while working out and even started feeling dizzy after really pushing ourselves on leg day. We also felt severely weakened overall, and all of our lifts were down in both weight and reps. Keep in mind that this is all while only taking one serving of the pre-workour, while we’ve taking double the dosage of other products and have had no problem whatsoever.Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this product at all whatsoever. If you want to workout while feeling like you have a server fever that is about to make you pass out, then by all means buy this product. Otherwise, I’d consider looking elsewhere. I would recommend Alpha Lion’s Superhuman Core Pre-Workout. It is similarly priced and gives off a significantly better performance while still using quality ingredients.

I have always hated drinking pre-workouts because they often taste like straight up chemicals. Gave this one a try because I like Derek, and I ordered my least favorite flavor, blue raz, because the shipping was faster that day. It’s amazing! The color looks natural, the taste is very decent, and it gives me all of the effects I love about pre-workouts with none of the side effects/feelings I hate. No jitters, no flushed and tingly face, this stuff is the real deal.

Pros:I like the blue raspberry flavor! It’s on the sweeter side. Not tart. It is a bit intense with 2 scoops. You need lots of water to get a nice mix.Color comes from spirulina, not dye. So that’s good.Does not include beta-alanine, which I appreciate. I don’t love the itch.Lastly, it’s an ok value. On sale it was almost the lowest pre I could find.Cons:It’s just not very…effective? It made me sweat. Got my veins popping. And I felt a bit of a pump by the end of my workout. But it’s lacking that certain get-up-and-go motivating factor.Also, as previously mentioned, 2 scoops needs a lot of water. So I dealt with running to the bathroom and a general bloat/sloshing feeling during my workout. Kinda gross.Time will tell, but my first impressions are not great for this. Haven’t tried the regular Gorilla Mode (I don’t need the extra creatine) so I was hoping this would give me enough energy. So far it’s just ok.
