I Iike the quality of bass in bribged mode with LPF on. The low frequencies aren't harsh and gives a nice rumble. In full range mode for high, mids & lows, sound is clear but not as immersive, a bit lacking at the woofer sounds. The amp is only 500 watt max, around 85 watt nominal at 2 ohms. So even though I like the sound, it is not as powerful for big 1000w subwoofers. The product information indicates 18db/octave roll off for 80hz LPF, but that didn't happened. I played sine wave from 20-20000hz and even with LPF switched on, it was unable to completely cut off high freq up to around 1.6khz from passing into the sub. So the real number is probably 12db/octave. But that shouldn't be a problem if you use a subwoofer crossover.

You won't get the sensitivity which you get in the Sony amps. Gets heated definately.Buy does a really good job.

Good and value for money,I have been using this amp since one year on my Jbl 6 inch subwoofer. The bass rockz,Go for it.
