1. They sell the mouse at a reasonable price, but for all features you have to buy an upgrade to the driver for another $10. I don't use the features, but I think this detail should be very clear up front to the buyer. It would make more sense to just charge the higher price and include the driver.... that's my opinion2. The optical mouse button switches take getting used to.... good or bad- my mind is still out on this feature. Maybe I need to adjust the settings, but as the documentation on this mouse is pretty non-existent, but lots of settings in the several different driver packages that have to be loaded...(Note that this is why I bought this mouse to see if the optical really will last longer, but unless I feel more comfortable with this over time, I may replace this mouse in a month or two....)3. To change the colors on this mouse you have to download additional Keyboard driver from the website....There aren't instructions for this, I had to open a support case to figure this out.With that said, I never got the scroll wheel to change color to what I wanted, it goes red green or yellow independent of the other color selected for the mouse body....4. The Tech Support did respond, but response was slow compared to other companies(2 to 5 days response times during interactions on the case I started, so timing was not consistent. This could be due to support likely being hosted outside the US, but I don't know that for sure- I THINK it's China).Most companies will respond within 2 days, so a little disappointed it wasn't cleared up a little quicker.(DISCLAIMER: I have worked Tech support for several companies and different products in different industries (20+ yrs), so I am well aware of industry-accepted SLAs)

it's good. I use it in 'Ultra core 4' mode for the button reprogrammability options.
