How long does it last once opened in the refrigerator?

I usually use a jar of the tomato paste within one weeks time, however a couple of times a half used jar was refrigerated for two weeks and was still good.

How does one know that it is pure tomatoes without any additives?

You can go to their website at bionaturae.com. The only ingredient listed is pure tomato paste. I buy it all the time. There are no preservatives or additives other than spices. Its made in Italy

is it 20 dollars just for three bottles??
